Nonresident application question

I'm finally going to submit the paperwork for my nonresident app. I was wondering if I can just go to DPS in middletown and they will do all of the notarizing/photographing/fingerprinting. I saw a post that said they would do this?

Or do I just need to go around and do these things myself?
