If you pay by "cash" a portion is used for the "Lunch & Donut Fund."

Could it be a net revenue number? Also, it has to include a portion of $100 application fees (about 20%) for the number to be even remotely right, net or otherwise (and the price went up in the summer). I'd guess that it's a net revenue number given something like 60% at the $20 mark and 40% at the $100 mark, minus costs of the licensing dept.
