My Firearms - A Year/Decade In Review

In the last 10 years I have not sold any firearms accept 1 - no regrets.

In the last 10 years my best purchase was a 1939 vintage Hunter Arms 16ga sxs made for Sears - it re-surged my interest in shooting in general and sparked an upland game hunting streak which then lead me to deer and rifle shooting which led me to Appleseed and all things AR...no end in sight, no regrets.

I'll spare the gory details but the few pistols I own are worth the investment. I'd like to run some of the "dream guns" of my youth and check those off and keep the ones I really like. Life is too short to waste on guns you don't like or shoot much and every gun is made to shoot first and look good later, IMO.

This past decade was only slightly eventful...got my LTC this past fall, and 2 firearms followed shortly there after. I'm sure the 2010-2019 decade will bring much more....

Regrets - Not purchasing firearms while still in PA, waiting so long on getting my LTC in MA
Best - Can't tell, it's like choosing between two of your children
Future - 10/22, some flavor of 12 gauge pump, a .357, maybe a 9mm...um...all of them?

A decade ago I wasn't really into the "gun thing" yet. So pretty much everthing I own has been acquired in the last decade.

There might be more in 2009 - I can't recall exactly when I acquired some of the stuff I have.

Oh yeah - and I got a bigger safe.
