looking for some help with modifying my preban uzi mags to work with my spike’s tactical AR9 colt lower. Anyone do this in the Worcester MA area preferably?

Get your "WECSOG" in gear and just do it! There's barefoot, pajama wearing third world ragheads making entire working guns over campfires. Surely you can make a simple measured cut in an existing magazine.

You don't need a mill, you can use a Dremel, a file a scribe and an accurate measuring device.

I've done a few by hand and they worked fine.

👆This. There isn't much to the process.
No reason to be nervous about screwing up, milsurp "ok/good condition" mags run about ten bucks each.
