Milwaukee County sheriff urges citizens to defend themselves

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office is urging residents to know how to defend themselves. Sheriff David Clarke Jr comes right out and says it, response times lag, and you're on your own until help arrives. The sheriff's message has been released as a public safety announcement.

Says calling 911 and waiting no longer best option
