Remind me not to have pancakes when you are cooking! Must be some tough batter if you need a tomahawk to cut them.

That was a couple of over-easy eggs on top of a mash potato pancake - basically an egg stirred into some leftover mashed potatoes and then fried up. I'd have a pig too, but was too busy making that awesome bloody to thaw out the Canadian Bacon.
