I have read through all the trust threads, found a lawyer and made and appointment. Can someone answer this before my meeting.
I understand that with a trust I no longer own the gun the trust does. I understand that I can move items into and out of the trust. My question is what do I have to do with the State of Massachusetts to follow the law, is there a FA10 filed to notify them of moving items into/out of the trust?
