Looking for some shooting advice

close, I wouldn't think you want to exhale fully. You stop when your sight NPOA is over your target, which isn't always going to be at then end of an exhale (fully).

i was always told to get to a natural pause in your breath. You dont really get to "empty" on the exhaul. Just a natural pause.

(That article has some nuance, but they're exceptions to the basic rule).
