Looking for a gunsmith

I'm looking for a gun smith to flute and crown a barrel on my Remington 700. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Dave.

Dave could crown a barrel for sure. You'd have to ask him about fluting though. Set up and machining labor on that might cost more than a new fluted barrel. Either way, he'll advise you the best way to go.

Not to throw a wet blanket, but when I was looking for a replacemant barrel for my Savage, most of the higher end barrel makers recomended against fluting on a bolt gun for various reasons. Just an FYI.
