I have space in one-eyed jacks building and was wondering if there was any interest in starting an 07 Machine Shop Group?
I could block off my little space and have what you should see in the picture I’m posting. I’m not looking to make money on this but I would hope to charge something like $20.00/month and limit it to 10 people.
I no longer have a Bridgeport but I do have all kinds of Tooling, both Mill and Lathe. The room has 220 but Jack would have to give us the ok.
I had the Rung-Fu and that was fine for most small jobs and at $1,000 with a Digital Readout was a great deal.
I also have a Vision Rotary Engraver that I rewired and build my own Control Box to run it and a Desk Top CNC Milling Machine. That Mill is gone as well but the principle is the same. One could do the same with a Bridgeport as well.
