I think the misfiring synapses occur when you move beyond the LGB. The further down the initial stream a person is, the more likely they are a deviant.

At that meeting, I had to stand there, and listen to ignorant, rude, abusive comments about trans people. I've made presentations about gender to hospital staffers, universities and business groups, and offered to make that presentation to educate. I didn't expect anyone to agree with me, but I wanted people to hear the other side, instead of assuming that everything coming out of the mouths of Glen Beck, Fox News and the rest is accurate.

The response? We don't want to hear your presentation. We have our minds made up. We know the facts, and we're not going to waste our time. If you don't like the insults, don't attend.
The message was that they were doing as much as they needed by letting me live, and I should show my appreciation by going back into the closet so they don't have to deal with it.

You can make all the comments about pronouns, gender, and trans people you want. You can guffaw about homos, sucking dicks, and faggots. Those kind of comments are a regular feature on this board.

The reality is that you are intentionally ignorant, clueless, and worse, impervious to any care that you are hurting other people who never did anything to you.

It's no different than the idiots who make inane comments about guns, black rifles, silencers, and short barrel rifles.

They always have been since the dawn of mankind and will be here till the end of it.

Anyone who is expecting a total change someday and we will suddenly be living in a world of unicorn farts , love and hugs isn't grounded in reality.

But it's not adults or near adults that are the issue.
It's some whack job telling some nine year old kid they are the wrong gender when they can barely spell it.
That's the issue.
And as a parent myself would have been pissed if some activist teacher was bringing in books with very graphic detail sexual acts.




Ok for kids but too graphic to be read at a school board meeting full of adults.

No one is advocating for restricting what adult do with their bodies or what they can read , but you are right , keep messing with people's children and it is going to backfire.

They kinda lost me when one of their group was quoted as saying that they needed to arm up cause there are people out there who are against drag queen story hours. The quote: "there’s been an uptick in groups that have been protesting drag story times"

Imo if the gop would stop "legislating" their view of morality.....they would own the house, senate, and white house.

I'm fiscally conservative as hell.......and recognize that people have the RIGHT to be left alone when it comes to their personal life choices. I guess I'm like....80 percent a libertarian.

As far as the liberal vs conservative debate in marriage.....I don't believe the institution of marriage should even exist in the eyes of the government....and I'm a catholic lol. I fully believe that the two men or two women deciding to get "married" in no way effects the sanctity of my marriage in how marriage is defined by my church. Best solution.....take marriage out of the government institution altogether. Problem solved. If a church wants to marry people according to its beliefs that's between that private religious institution and the consenting adults.

You must not have seen some of the horrific child abuse cases by parents.
The reason we have those laws is because the only thing required to become a parent is a night of drug or booze fueled sex.
Any mental defective can pop out a kid.

One of my coworkers ended up on the jury for the sentencing trial for the crazy shit who stabbed her little kids over 30 times each because voodoo made her do it.

I went to school with a kid who's old man would get drunk and beat the shit out of him and his siblings every other night.

Found out years later a kid that lived up the street from me was being raped by her dad since she was seven.

Found out that a friend of my MIL had been torturing her two girls since they were toddlers. Chopping off all their hair when they misbehaved , burning them with a curling iron and locking them in a closet for days.

Parental rights?

Chemical and physical mutilation isn't one bit different.
 
I’m just gonna come out and say it. I wouldn’t welcome a tranny at my club or anywhere else. I don’t hate them or want to see bad things happen to them, but I have zero desire to interact with one in ANY capacity. Their lefty politics are just the icing on the cake

My feeling is that all of the decisions are between the parents and the child. If a parent says no sex class, then they take some other class instead. If another parent says, hell yeah indoctrinate the little rug rat, then so be it.

The libertarian in me says I 100% agree. The problem is the left simply doesn't stop. Now we have boys in girls bathrooms and boys dominating womens sports. And for some F-ing reason if you're against those two things you're a transphobe and the worst person on the planet.

Read the comments from the girls that were in the locker room when "Lia" Thomas got naked in the girls locker room.

There are definitely issues and men in women’s sports is one.
 
I've always been pretty welcoming. I have a friend in central NY who transitioned. She has been jumped 5 times in 2 years and the police don't give a shit. 3 TBI's, went from fully functioning adult who just wanted to have a job, be called by their legal name, didn't give a f*** about pronouns, just to be left alone and to exist.... now she's to a borderline schizophrenic, all because people who knew her when she was a he would never let it rest in peace. Life is scary for trans people, above and beyond whatever your feelings are about gender dysphoria.

Also, just because the loud people say LGBTQ we aren't homogenous. Drag Queen story time is grooming. f*** those people. Make bathrooms unisex and call it a day. Instead of having 2 rooms, one with 2 stalls and one with a stall and a urinal, just make it 3 rooms with a toilet. Call me nuts, I don't care what the sign says on the outside of a public bathroom, I'm more concerned with it being clean and with dope fiends not leaving their dirty needles on the floor and in the trash despite sharps disposal containers being inside most bathrooms.

What two consenting adults do in their home and otherwise behind closed doors is the last thing in the world anyone should be stressing about. If a group doesn't welcome you, stop taking it so personal, move on, and grow up. No on is required to interact or be welcoming to anyone. Sounds like the kids back in high school who brought gum on the bus just so people would talk to them. "Want a piece of gum?" "Sure." "want to be my friend?" "No."

Given how most of them are put out in public by the extreme left - I don't blame you. The Zoey Tur's of the world make the rest look like morons. Compare that to someone like Cathryn McGregor, and instead of having a screeching adult child saying speech is violence, you bump into someone who is well spoken, intelligent, and is even capable of making jokes about themselves.

I just can’t pretend to take them seriously, never mind pretend they are female. I have no problem at all with gays of either sex. If a dude likes banging other dudes, he’s gay. That’s the difference between gays and trannies. Only one is pretending to be something they are not.

Maybe Town Hall could bless those that don't have a church community.

When was the last time you were at a drag show? Have you ever been at one? Were you at a public one or a private? The difference being where it ends. A "drag queen" has no more business reading books to kids than an actual burlesque dancer does. If it's a trans person, just call it a book reading, and stop involving titles that exist to solely drive people to political controversy on something that is supposed to be for the benefit of children. On a related note, I'm gonna go pitch Stripper Sing-A-Longs to the Santaniello's. See how it pans out.
