It would be some work, but how about considering a sub forum at the top of each forum, like the group buy one under the members forum.

In this sub forum could be all the 'stickies' that are filling up so much of the screen for each forum. Most of the forums required you to scroll down about a page or more to get to the 'active' subjects.

I'm wasting time before I go home and this brilliant thought is the highlight of my day.

Good idea, but that might defeat the purpose of having stickies to begin with... if all the stickies are in another place, then nobody will look at them.

Yup...

The problem with stickies is that they get old and a lot of the links contained within are
expired. The contents are usually good stuff though and whenever I am looking for
something in particular I browse the stickies. I do agree that the separate sub forum
idea for the one particular forum (Firearms, Equipment, and Ammo) would be a very good
idea. Others forums that don't have as many as that forum aren't an issue.
