Wanted to share my experience with Dewey:
I purchased a Dewey Ultimate Gun Oiler from Midway about 6 months back. It worked great the first 3 months, then started leaking and covered the inside of my cleaning kit with oil. I changed the O ring, but it didn't stop the leaking. So I figured I was SOL, and just ordered a new oiler from another manufacturer and forgot about it.
Last weekend I reached for my oiler, and realized the new one I ordered still hadn't arrive. That got me thinking that I should just contact Dewey about the leaking oiler. I sent an email to Dewey on a Sunday afternoon, explaining the problem. Monday morning I got a very nice reply email, explaining that sometimes a certain part on the oiler gets bent, which causes leaking, and they'll send me a new one. Saturday afternoon I got back from the shoot to find a box from Dewey with two brand new oilers. No B.S., no questions asked, just great customer service.
+1 in my book for Dewey!
