What do you think?

I doubt it.......
I have a Creedmoor competition buttstock that will allow adjustment of the butt pad down shorter than the buffer tube itself. With all the talk of the collapsible buttstocks associated with the M4s, you never hear anything mentioned about these. I guess it's kind of a tactical vs competition issue.
On the other hand, if anyone finds through research that MY buttstock is illegal......lemme know!!

Magpul PRS is not a folding stock - it's adjustable for LOP/Cheekweld. You're okie-dokie...

But this is adjustable for LOP, but not considered legal, correct?

The stock doesn't fold away. The whole topic is silly, but I just want to make sure...
(I know the flash hider and bayo lug are nfg in MA, just refering to the butt stock)

IANAL but I think the difference is that the Magpul offers a very fine adjustment and is slow (uses a screw method) whereas the other offers only four very fast positions.
