Is PepperBlaster MA Complient?

I just saw an add in last months American Rifleman for PepperBlaster made by Kimber. Does anyone know if this is legal/available in MA? Have the "wise" politicians up on the hill made a list of approved pepper sprays?

Of course it's legal if you have the permit.

Thanks guys. Fairly new to MA, so still learning. I was somewhat amazed to learn that people need a license to carry pepper spray in MA, so just thought I'd check since this spray has a little more power behind it.
