I can't imagine there is any chance...Here in Massachusetts, they do what they want, and will pass legislation that is intentionally vague so we have no idea how to stay compliant.

Just pretend it has to do with interstate commerce, like they do with every other piece of federal garbage legislation. If it's good for thee it's good for me.
