Invalid LTC number ?????

Hello Everyone.

I got another "pleasant surprise" from the state of Massachusetts.
After almost six month waiting for my renewal,
I was trying to make a purchase on freshly renewed LTC.However License number came as invalid via MICRS.
Just want to know if anybody else had something like that.

I could not even get to that stage.

It wasn't a renewal, but something similar happened to me. I know when you get your first LTC the PD has to activate it, I learned that as I was trying to make a purchase at Four Seasons and the number wouldn't go through. Carl called my PD and left a message for the woman who handles LTC's. The next day it went through no problem. I don't know if it's the same for renewals, check with your PD.
