I've done hairspray, and propane, and hairspray WITH propane.....but I would never, ever even think about putting BP in a plastic "pressure vessel" and igniting it.

Hell, those all-plastic shotgun shells give me the willies!

I used small squirts of lighter fluid...never used hairspray. (This was before the Bic generation!)
