Hunting as a NH Resident Alien

I have a friend who is a resident alien (green card) who lives in NH. She has completed the hunters ed course successfuly and wishes to go hunting in NH. is there any restrictions/regulations/weirdness that she will have to consider/hoops to go through because she's not a citizen?
