Doesn't look very well fortified. They really should have those one way traffic spikes at the gate. the walls are way too exposed. Someone with a 338LAP can reach out and touch someone inside from a mile out. Is there a barracks house in the compound for the 24/7 QRF security team? A house with a built in gun range I would expect to have at least an armory of a rack of a dozen MP5s.

Ugh, no thanks. $20 million and your house is still close enough to your neighbor’s house to smell his farts. Would be nice if that were on a couple hundred acres. They did a nice job with the house and the basketball court, it’s just built in a nightmare densely packed area with no privacy.

I definitely like the indoor range, but I wonder if there's room for a 300yd lane outdoors.

EDIT: Now I see the satellite photo, the answer in no. Matter of fact I bet the noise ordinances will keep those go karts parked most of the time. Electric still makes noise.
 
If I had 20mil, I'd build a house a little larger than the one I live in. Add a larger garage and workshop, and have it in a location that had many hundreds of acres around me (add a range there) where I wouldn't see or hear another human being.

It's overpriced by at least $12M.

Look at the four parcels adjacent. One is valued a little over a million, one is almost $2m, the others I don't remember, but let's generously say they're each $2m for roughly the same amount of "house" and land, just no race track or range.

Those are not a $12m bump.

Really nice place. Just not $20m nice.

I’ve never driven an electric go kart, are they any good? Sounds like it would suck.
