High Cap Rimfire Mags

Does the ban on high cap mags apply to rimfire guns? I just saw a beautiful 30 round mag for the Ciener AR 22 LR conversion kit. It has a full sized AR exterior, made by Black Dog Machine. This mag is so pretty that I want to build an upper just for it.

I do live in the Peoples Replic of Massachusetts, so I guess I'm out of luck. The mags are a brand new product.

Yup, preban is fine. I have a nice 30 round Eagle for my 10-22 that I ain't a-givin' up.

High cap does not apply to tubular rimfire mags. So lets see those legal 4' tubes. (^_^)

Why not take some pre ban Ciener ones and cover the body's with AR mag shells

BDM 10 round mags

I emailed BDM last week and they said:

we will be running the 10 rd. version of our mag next week. It looks like the 25 rd. full body but with a block molded in side.

FYI. Spike's Tactical has a stock date of Nov. 6th.

Seems that they are doing a "limited first run". Wonder if that is true or just "marketing."
