Massachusetts: Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security to Consider Over 20 Firearms Bills!

On Tuesday, October 30 at 1:00 p.m. the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security is scheduled to hear over 20 firearms-related bills. The hearing will be held at the MA State House in Hearing Room A-1.

Pro-Second Amendment bill S 1401, sponsored by Senator Richard Moore (D-Worcester & Norfolk), “ An Act Prohibiting the Confiscation of Lawfully Owned Firearms During a State of Emergency” and pro-hunting bill H 2315, sponsored by Representative Anne Gobi (D-5th Worcester), “An Act to Allow Hunting on Sunday Within the Commonwealth” are expected to be heard.
