Gun Transfer Question

So my father lives in MA, he came up to visit me in NH and gave me a 1942 Walther PP, am I in the clear to own this firearm we didn't go to an FFL and do a transfer or anything.

LOL, not sure if serious. You/He just violated federal law. Either that or you really meant to tell us that he just gave it to you to borrow, which is legal. If you want to transfer ownership have him bring it to an NH FFL and pay to have it transferred to you. Closing this because this isn't going to go anywhere good.
