Gun Safe in the Garage in New England

Personally I would not put on hokey pucks, very easy for some one to put a pallet truck under. I would put a heavy duty plastic sheet down for moisture barrier and then rubber mat, finally drill through and bolt to the concrete.

Like others have said, I would add a couple of golden rods and use damp rid, the sealed bag types. Also add wireless temp and humidity monitoring. I picked up a 4 pack from amazon, have base unit in home office and remotes in the safes and ammo storage units.

The icing on the cake would be wireless webcam, don’t have it pointed at the safe door, but above and behind the safe so you can record the safe users face not the back of their head.

That's what I was thinking... Gotta bolt that bad boy to the ground.
