So I just moved from metro Boston to metro Nashville. Wanted to post a pic of my first purchase. Nothing groundbreaking here but it sure feels nice to finally own a real magazine.



The other great thing down here is that all you need to purchase a gun of any kind is a drivers license.

They've got Lookout Mountain in the Chattanooga area. My dear 'ol mom lives there.

Nashville is technically in the Appalachians, but the area is just kind of hilly. To get "real" mountains, you need to head for the Smokies, out in East Tennessee.

Knoxville isn't a bad town at all. It's a little moon - batty because of the school, but generally decent. Biggest problem I have with Knoxville is that my wife's friend and her husband live there and they are the biggest socialists I've ever met.
