Read clause: "Note: Class A & B permits are usually restricted to target/hunting – if an unrestricted license is desired a Letter must be attached to the application spelling out the need for an unrestricted permit."

They are listed as "green," but openly state they will restrict the LTC. I bet it's not too hard to do with a well-written letter, but that still sucks.

I consider GREEN to be one that will issue No Res. without question.

I live in Granby and I have a class A no restrictions. I did have to submit a letter to the chief at the time of application. There was no interview and the license was issued.
