GMB Stainless Steel 18in?

I happen to go on Green Mountain Barrels today and saw this new product
I'm not a barrel expert. But I know this is a good price for a SS barrel.

its a 18in Stainless Steel with a 1:7 twist. For only $138

I got to thinking why so inexpensive? CMMG 18in stainless is $210.

I want to buy it, but I cant figure out why its so inexpensive. I've heard people say that GMB, sometimes has production over runs and sells them off, but still.

I'm very close to clicking the "add to cart", but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something that I'm not aware of.
