Glocks on MA Approved Firearms List

Somebody pinch me. I'm not crazy right? It's on the list, aka we can purchase new Glocks in MA at an FFL of our choosing? Am I missing something here?

Nope, The AG's CMR 940 BS blocks them. See the compliance FAQ in the MA gun laws subsection.

ETA: Well, sort of... the truth is you can buy whatever you want, but a dealer faces a fine if they're caught selling you one. I'll leave it at that.
