Hi,
I would like to show off my the build I'm proud of. I have been working on it for about 4 years now.
Here is what I got. It came to me a GEW 98 with no stock and bad barrel in 8mm. I got a 30.06 barrel for Christmas. The first thing I did was replace the barrel from 8mm to 30.06. Then I had a muzzle break added to the barrel. The whole thing was then reblued. While it was being reblued I ordered the stock from Boyds. Then I sent the rifle to Lowtech and had the bolt handle reforged and the receiver drilled and tapped for the BSA 50mm scope and Lowtech installed the scope, mount and rings and swivel studs and saftey while it was there. Lastly I sent the bolt to Mel Doyle and had it jeweled just for looks.
