Frustration - getting the runaround from my local PD re: my LTC

In a green town but still had a 2 and 1/2 month delay.

Back a few years ago when I applied for my LTC-ALP I applied mid June in a town where I was asked "You are applying for your Class A no restrictions, right?"

I replied "Of course"

The officer replied "Good!"

It still took me really close to three months to get it and the officer was super nice and really cool about it. He let me know that he was just really busy with many apps and that mine had not been forgotten.

Sometimes they are just busy.

Long story short? Gigantic ball o' fail. I'll write it up if/when I get my LTC in. Much f*ckery is afoot, but it's 99% procedural. My local PD is SUPER cool about the whole thing, and really seems to be doing what they can within the law to help me un-screw myself.

I never managed to "Un" screw myself, but maybe you'll have better luck.

I'm having a similar issue with a different green town but its for the appointment. Submitted my interview request 3 weeks ago now. Have left 2 messages and not even a call back yet. I'm getting nervous b/c my license expires in 6 weeks now.
