5.7 with 21 rnds of AP f-you on your belt is pretty sweet if money is no issue. The AP rounds are available, just not at Walmart.

You need velocity to achieve the P in AP. You loose velocity when you shoot a "rifle" cartridge through a handgun length barrel. I would take almost any modern 9mm pistol with 18 rounds in it over this retardedly expensive PMR-30 with 3 more rounds of squirrel shot every day of the week.
