The families are going to be in for a big disappointment if they think they are going to get justice from a civil suit, or if there will be a “reckoning.” He ends up filing bankruptcy, and it becomes a news blurb that people will forget 2 seconds after they hear it. I get why they’re suing, but if they think that winning the suit will ruin him and drive him into the ground, then they’ll never feel satisfied. I’m not even entirely sure that they will win, I don’t really know anything about exactly what he said during that time, or what damages they suffered from his acts. Something tells me their attorneys are not managing their expectations very well. They probably told them that they will “destroy” him and he will have to pay their legal fees, which is all their attorneys care about.

I wouldn’t wish what they went through on anybody, and I feel for those parents, but their attorneys seem to have sold them a bill of goods that is out of the realm of what the actual results are in a civil lawsuit.

At this point I'm not about to rule out anything.
