My sweet SIG P320 Legion was experiencing sporadic random light primer strikes and failures to fire, especially on the first shot after a fully loaded mag was first inserted. Called SIG customer service last Thursday and they emailed me a prepaid return shipping label that afternoon. Told me it would probably take 2-3 weeks to get it back to me. On Saturday, I left it at FedEx for shipping to SIG in NH. They received it on Monday. On the very next day, Tuesday morning, I received an email from SIG indicating that it had been shipped back via FedEx. It was delivered to me yesterday all fixed (new safety lever installed, whatever that is since there is no external safety). No charge and free shipping all around and fixed and shipped back to me 1 day after they received it. That's what I call great customer service!
