I'm sure that this may have been covered before but I will be in the market for a encore soon and want to know if I buy a encore as a registered pistol, can I make it into a rifle if I choose? Are the rifles and pistols completly different frames from the factory? As far as I know is that it would be illegal to convert a Encore from a rifle into a pistol. Any help on these questions would be great. Thanks!
