Eforms has been down for 2 days.
And I got this email today. Has anyone tried to get a gun today and not been able to get a background check?

If NICS is down then the government is impermissibly infringing on the rights of the people.
Even having NICS does so but having it down extinguishes the right to keep as one needs to procure in order to possess.
