Double stack Makarov magazines 9x18 - anyone have any idea where to get one?

Is this for the actual Mak pistol or for a pistol that shoots 9x18 mak ammo? I have a CZ82 9x18 that uses a double stack mag. I don't know too much about the Russian Makarov pistol (PM) but I thought they were single stack only.
I have a Russian (commercial) Imez Makarov that is a double stack. It takes single stack mags as well but I am seeking the double stack 10 round mags if I can find em.
The two on ebay have exceeded my limit of 100 bucks each, as I have been bidding on them both.

I believe the pistols with the double stack mags can also handle a hotter version of the 9x18 Makarov round. Which you will never find, as Russia has more older Makarov's in service and didn't want to risk using the new version in the older pistol.

Here's a wacky end to this... Walked in to Plymouth Bay and found one in the original packaging on the shelf- go figure.

The double stack Makarov is the PMM - Pistolet Makarova Modernizirovannyj. It's an attempt to modernize the Mak.
