Does this count as double edged?

Hi Guys,

I know everyone gets bored with the same old knife law questions...but (with apologies) would this knife count as double edged, and, therefore be illegal to carry?

The plain edge would be fine though right? I've always carried folders until I read (on NES) that fixed blades are OK (outside of Boston of course).
