does anyone have a spare breech flag for an AR?

Someone turned me onto using the nylon trimmer line we all use in our weedwhackers. So I cut a few 6-8" lengths of red trimmer line and use them on the range. You can stuff ~4-6" down the barrel and have the rest sticking out the chamber.


Will it pass muster at an IDPA/USPDA/etc. match? I have no idea.

You can take the extra trimmer line and make yourself a homemade version of the patchworm for cleaning your .22LR pistols and rifles as well.
