It's not just Dem-run cities. They screw up rural areas too.
Cities account for the vast majority of it. I remember seeing a study that found that violent crime was concentrated not only in a relative handful of large cities, but in a handful of zip codes in those cities. Of course, anything can happen anywhere, but most of it is in the cities. Throwing in "Dem run cities" is kind of bs since most of the population centers tend to vote Dem.
You can get even more specific than zip codes too. If you actually track certain individuals, you can see which ones cause a good amount of the crime. It's a list of certain individuals. In a small town, it's probably less than a dozen.
Exactly. If you deleted certain zip codes from states' crime stats, the stats would be much lower. My point was more geared towards the Dems just "messing up" an area rather than specifically violent crime though. Violent crime is what happens when people have nothing left to loose - if your (perceived) career options are to work at McDonald's, be a low-ranking drug dealer, an escort or whatever, people are going to choose the "job" that gives them the most profit with the least effort required.

Policies are not doled out according to zip code. Democrats are of two types of people; the elitists that believe others need their help, and those that believe they need others' help. Liberal policies reward those that exploit them.
