If Daley et al are defeated (which I predict they will be), this could be helpful challenging the "suitablilty" non-sense we suffer under. Anyone agree?

I read through the suit a bit. I must say, some of the quotes attributed to the Aldermen are atrocious.

"I think that’s the same message that the gang bangers are sending, that a life is not valuable."

Really? Seems to me that Alderman Hairston is trying to say that a citizens's life is not valuable, seeing as you apparently aren't allowed to defend it from those that are armed. Mighty poor choice of words...

And this is but one of many.
