CT Conservation Education/Firearms Safety (CE/FS) Program Seminars
The following FREE seminars are sponsored by the Wildlife Division's CE/FS Program and are taught by certified volunteer CE/FS instructors. Those interested in attending MUST PRE-REGISTER by calling the Division's Sessions Woods office at 860-424-3015 (Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM).

Venison processingVenison Processing Seminars: Whether you are an old hand at processing deer or new to it, you will benefit from this training event by Gary Taylor, CE/FS Instructor and professional butcher. Gary will take participants through all the steps from skinning to packaging, and will share cooking secrets and samples. Maximum enrollment for each seminar is 50 participants. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Call 860-424-3015 to register.

Western Connecticut Venison Processing Seminar
