The local police will no longer be issuing LTC's?
Is this a good idea?
Maybe a great idea since nobody can be denied on "suitability".

I thought about this when I renewed last time and had to explain the trouble I got into when I was a juvenile.
The first time I renewed I had my court docket, and an essay.
My last time I gave a brief explanation and no docket.
At this point, if they take it away, I can sell off what I have and aquire off the books.
