I doubt you will find many clips. They where made from steel that rust pretty quickly. I found a few clips in a box in the shed and they where only in there a few years and rusted up pretty bad. Ones exposed to salt could not last to long.

Used to dive a lot- PADI Divemaster. Steel that thin would go quickly.

Still undecided if I should pick some more up. Got two cans at the start of the year with my garand. Still don't belong to a club I can shoot it at yet.

Had to be a few clubs around you shooting cmp/nra high power rifle events?
I say step into reloading. Good start for the cost of 2 more cans.

got an email from CMP a little bit ago about 180round plano plastic cans of hpx. they lowered the prices from 144 to 126. not like them to go down in price, but just an fyi to those out there

When sales come to a dead stop because brand new ammo can be had at less they took the right course of action
Remember they bought this Greek hxp years ago.
At a few pennies per round. They can afford and still profit on lower prices.
