I assume fine with a NH resident or non-res permit? Another thread here says can't carry a loaded long gun in an onroad or offroad vehicle but otherwise no limits.

Correct- no long guns.

Be interesting to see if a snowmobile or atv was considered a vehicle for concealed purposes- but if you have CCW paperwork no need to be a test case.

Long guns OK if unloaded "in or on" MV.
