Carrying on a Motorcycle

Anybody know if open carrying while on a motorcycle is considered concealed because you're on a vehicle?

Open carrying a loaded firearm in or on a motor vehicle is legal in NH as long as you have a NH license.

Otherwise it is prohibited and has nothing to do with concealment.
