I am planning a trip to NY then onto PA this week and I already know I can't carry my firearm with me which I am not happy about, but can I carry OC(mace) with me for the ride? I'll be going through CT, NY, and PA on the trip. Thanks!

Why bring it with you? If you mace yourself before you leave you should be able to get through the trashiest parts of the drive before you get your eyesight back.

But I imagine you can, I think MA is one of only a few states(if not the only) that require an FID for mace.

AFAIK, CT and PA do not regulate self defense sprays.

But, NY only permits possession if purchased within NYS from "...a dealer in firearms...a pharmacist...or by such other vendor as may be authorized...".

SEE: N.Y. Pen. Law 270.05 and 265.20

You can carry guns in NY with out any permit, where your gang colors and tell them your illegal. If they arrest you you will be out in the morning free to do it all over again.

AFAIK Massachusetts is the only place that requires a permit for sprays, even commie CA got rid of the need for a permit...
