C&R License and shipping ammo to MA

I'm sure this has been asked before, and the answer is almost certainly "no", but does having a C&R license change any of the ammo vendors minds who normally won't ship to MA?

I have ordered Ammo from shops outside of Mass that will take a C&R on older ammo. For instance Carcano or Tokarev. Sorry I can't remember the names.
