I recently bought a maxpedetion versi pack from these guys, ordered the righty model and they sent a type-s instead. I e-mailed and explained the error they proceded to tell me that it was the right one. When I sent info to them from maxpedetion's web site they replied that they sell the type-s as a right side carry, why they do I don't know.
anyway they said send it back and they will send the one I want, I did that and the USPS attempted to deliver it on the 9th but couldn't so they left a notice. well its now the 14th and according to the USPS it has not been picked up yet and they have not returned any of the 2 e-mails I have sent them. tomorrow they get a phone call!
so beware of bugoutgearusa.com in saugus ma.

If they don't except it have your credit card stop the payment and screw them, thanks for the report. If they don't take care of you we will know to stay away.

Being in Peabody I know a lot about Saugus and never heard of them.
The PO box is a little bit of a concern atleast for me though.
I like to know people I deal with have a real address.
