So I dusted the cobwebs off my SKS last night and took it to the range for some relaxation. I got about 20 or so rounds through when I heard the sound of metal banging off the ground. It turns out that the rear clip on the magazine holding it into the stock sheered off, causing the mag to fall to the floor. I ended up needing to secure the range before proceeding in front of the firing line to retrieve it. Has anyone seen this happen before? If so, any idea if that can be maybe tacked back on?
