Short and sweet. Shooter had two guns, not releasing his identity yet.

After crashing the truck the shooter jumped a fence and hoofed it up the street and shot Vic #1, then a short distance later engaged Vic #2 in an alleyway between two houses. Vics don’t appear to be related and no confirmation they knew the shooter.
